Lässummering 2020 / Reading summary 2020

Då var det dags att summera föregående år. Jag har oftast inget direkt mål med min läsning, jag gillar bara att läsa och dela med mig av de böckerna jag läser. Men jag vill så klart försöka läsa fler böcker än föregående år, även om jag inte håller stenkoll på hur mycket/lite jag läser. Jag brukar spara det till slutet av året eller början av det nya året.
År 2018 läste jag totalt 76 böcker och det var det första året jag började skriva upp, recensera och instagramma om de böcker jag läste. År 2019 läste jag faktiskt bara 2 böcker mer, alltså 78 st. Jag hade väl hoppats att jag hade kommit upp till 80 st under 2020 men icke. Det landade faktiskt på 78 st igen! Det var ju lite underhållande att det blev exakt samma summa som föregående år. Utöver det antalet böcker läste jag även 4 serietidningar. Inte så många, så det borde jag bli bättre på.

Hur såg 2020 ut för er?

It's time for a summary of previous year. I usually don't have a certain goal with my reading, I just like to read and share the books I've read. But I would like to read more books than previous year, even though I don't keep track of how much/little I read. I usually save that for the end of the year or the beginning of the new year.
In 2018 I read a total of 76 books and that was my first year of keepin track of what I read but also when I began reviewing and instagramming all the books I read. In 2019 I only read 2 more books, so a total of 78. I had hoped to reach 80 books during 2020 but no. It actually ended up on 78 books again! Funny it landed on the exact same number as previous year. I also read 4 comic books on top of that, which is not many but I hope I'll read more this year.

How was 2020 for you?

Alla lästa böcker i november / All the books I read in November,

Förra månaden var ännu en bra läsmånad för min del. Efter årets alla omständigheter och ens egna hälsa så går det rätt lugnt till på jobbet. Jag har sagt till min chef att jag inte orkar hålla upp takten jag brukade ha och att jag inte har råd med att gå ner i tid, så jag gör det jag orkar helt enkelt. Min chef var helt med på det och förstod varför, så jag varvar jobb med läsning på arbetstid. Det brukade jag göra förut också, men nu blir det lite mer. Jag orkar inte jobba 100% hela tiden, så måste ta småpauser titt som tätt och då läser jag några sidor. Så i november hann jag med 8 böcker (det är bara 7 st på bild pga att jag gav bort "The Sisters Grimm"). En bra läsmånad med andra ord!
De bästa i högen var helt klart "When Women Ruled the World" och "The Jewelled Moth".

Hur har november sett ut för er och har ni läst någon av böckerna nedan?

Last month was yet another great reading month for my part. After this year's circumstances and my own health I take it pretty easy at work. I've told my boss that I don't have the energy to keep up the speed I used to have and that I can't afford to cut my work hours, so I just do what I can. My boss is in on it and understand why, so I alternate between work and reading. I used to do that before too but I read more now than before. I just can't work 100% of the time, so I take small breaks now and then and read a few pages. So in November I managed to read 8 books (there are only 7 books in the picture because I gave away "The Sisters Grimm"). A good reading month!
The best in the pile are without a doubt "Wen Women Ruled the World" and "The Jewelled Moth".

Alla lästa böcker i juli/All the books I read in July.

Hann med att läsa en del i juli på grund av det låga tempot på jobbet, men det blev inte ovanligt mycket läst ändå. Jag brukar läsa i genomsnitt 5-6 böcker/månad och i juli läste jag 7 st, så bara en bok mer än vanligt men bättre än ingenting!

Den bästa av dem var helt klart "We are the Dead". Jag blev helsåld på den boken! Sedan var även "Maskeradnatten" riktigt bra och spännande. En bra läsmånad helt enkelt!

I managed to read a couple of books in July because of the slow spell at work, but not a as many as one might think. I usually read somewhere around 5-6 books/month and in July I read 7, so one more book than usual but it's better than nothing!
The best of them was, without a doubt, "We are the Dead". I just loved that book! Also "Maskeradnatten" ("the Masquerade Night") was really good and so suspenseful. A pretty good reading month!
