Handling: När Sinclairs shoppingcenter ska ha en konstutställning i samarbete med en konsthandlare blir en oväderlig tavla stulen men det finns inga tecken på inbrott och rummet var låst. Min åsikt om boken: De här böckerna är så himla mysiga och härliga! De är lätta att ta till sig, lagom spännande och allt flyter på hela tiden. Man vet inte vad som väntar och det dyker upp nya saker hela tiden. Sophie och Lilly är såna sympatiska karaktärer. Det är svårt att inte tycka om dem och sedan är författaren bra på att väva in samhällsproblem i handlingen utan att det blir för mycket. I just den här boken har Suffragetterörelsen en del av handlingen, eftersom handlingen utspelar sig i början av 1900-talet. Jag älskar den här serien och det är alltid en härlig läsupplevelse. Allt är precis så där lagom, problemen är aldrig för stora eller jobbiga att hantera, faran är aldrig för stor så man slipper våld och groteska detaljer men det är ändå precis lagom spännande att man sitter med andan i halsen när mysteriet får sin lösning. En jättebra bok som jag verkligen njöt av att läsa!

Story: When Sinclair's shopping mall is having an art exhibitation in association with an art dealer a priceless painting is stolen but there are no signs of breaking and entering and the room was locked. When Sophie and Lil hears about what happened they are soon drawn into the mystery with their friends. The authorities investigating the crime doesn't appear to see all the clies but Sophie and Lil does. Soon they're after the criminal but it might be more dangerous than any of them first thought...
My opinion about the book: These books are so cosy and wonderfull. They are easy to embrace, suspenseful and everything flows well. You never know what's coming and unexpected things show up all the time. Sophie and Lil are very sympathetic characters. It's hard not to like them and the author is good at weaving in social problems without it getting too much. In this book in particular the Suffragette movement plays a part, because the plot takes place in the beginning of the 1900's. I love this series and the books are always a wonderful reading experience. Everything is just right, the problems are never too big or hard to handle, the dangers is never too great so you don't have to deal with violence and grotesque details but it's still suspenseful and exciting enough that you sit with a bated breath while the mystery is solved. A really great book that I enjoyed very much!
